1. The delivery note (DDT) contains a notice indicating that the obligatory documentation can be accessed on the portal www.ninz.it - Certifications, and an access code is provided on the related invoice (for purposes of privacy):

2. Ninz customer invoices include the access codes required by the www.ninz.it - Certifications portal, which provides different ways to distribute Certifications to the customers:

For all procedures it is necessary to use the access code.

• Download by delivery note (DDT)

Enter the access code and delivery note (DDT) information: year, B01 bill, Delivery Note (DDT) number - to display all delivery note-related certifications for one or more order confirmations.

• Download by order confirmation

Enter the access code and order confirmation data: sales office, year, product line, order number - to display all certifications related to the order confirmation.

• Download by manufacturing information

Enter the access code and manufacturing information: year of production, sales line, class, production number - to display all certifications for a specific door.

These procedures provide Ninz customers with a wide variety of options for displaying, transmitting or downloading the obligatory documentation for a full or partial purchase order item, or even a single door from a purchase order item.
